03/22: Yankees Acquire Catcher Chris Stewart

Twitter, MLB.com's Bryan Hoch reported that the Yankees had acquired catcher Chris Stewart from the White Sox for "future considerations." Stewart played in one game for the Yankees last year, going 0 for 3. He's 27 and has played in 24 games total for the White Sox, Rangers and Yankees.
