02/24: Girardi: Coke to Relieve
Phil Coke is being groomed as a reliever,
Joe Girardi told Peter Abraham. They are looking to develop him into someone who can work long relief. For his part, Coke's ready to take whatever role he can get. "I started a lot in the minors but I liked pitching in relief last year," he said, according to Abraham. "Whatever they want."
